Agriculture and allied sectors are critical in terms of employment and livelihoods for the small and marginal farmers, who dominate the agriculture ecosystem in India. To achieve this motive of agriculture development agriculture education should be focused on rural pockets and areas and also by use of advanced and recent technology of agriculture. With this thought in mind regarding rural agricultural education and subsequent rural development with recent agriculture techniques. Honorable Dr. V.K. Patil (Vice Chanclor,) VNMKV Parbhani,  established of Shri Sai Janvikas Pratisthans,  College of Agriculture, Khandala, Tal. Vaijapur, Dist-Aurangabad, which is located complete rural rain fed area.

Agricultural education creates many avenues for employment in both public and private sectors. It offers excellent opportunities to the agricultural graduates in banking sector by joining as field officers, in state Government as Agricultural officers, in private and public sector, fertilizer and pesticides firms and so on. Graduates can also peruse higher education in agriculture to set up themselves as Assistant Professor, Research Scholar and scientists. Adding on to the crown student can excel themselves as entrepreneurs by establishing Agro industries.

Our well established agriculture college is affiliated to V.N.M.K.V., Parbhani, in which students are taking four years B.Sc. (Hons.) Agriculture degree education with intake capacity of 120 students in single academic year. college having well building, well equipped laboratories,  smart class room, full fledged library, museum and internet facilities etc available for students.

Agriculture education through actual, practical experience is the prime peculiarity of our college and for this reason, we have 100 acres of well developed agriculture land equipped with Meteorological observatory, Horticultural poly houses, Nursery, Dairy farm, Goat farm, Medicinal garden and also including all types horticultural orchards and Agronomical crops in field. Crop cafeteria is consisting of all crops with their recent improved varieties.

Beside academic education we are, no behind in implementing agriculture extension programmers including activities like Agriculture Exhibition, Farm visits, group discussions, radio talks, popular articles in Agro magazines and news papers which are mean to educate rural farm.
